About Me

I’m a licensed clinical social worker who specializes in helping adults heal from trauma, anxiety, and depression.

I earned my master’s degree in social work from The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC, and have dedicated my career to helping people find healing, peace of mind, and a more grounded, fulfilling life. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed—grounded in respect for each person’s unique story and pace of healing.
I use an integrated approach tailored to each client’s individual needs, drawing from evidence-based models such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
This approach allows me to work effectively with a wide range of concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, low self-esteem, people-pleasing, and perfectionism.
As a trained Executive Function Coach, I also help individuals with ADHD strengthen organization, planning, and follow-through while developing practical skills for everyday success.
I’m a lifelong learner who remains committed to professional growth and to staying current with the most effective, research-based interventions to support my clients’ healing and well-being.
Above all, I believe therapy should feel safe, personal, and rooted in genuine connection—an opportunity to rediscover your strength, confidence, and sense of self.
