Anxiety, depression, trauma, or constant overwhelm can make everyday life feel heavier than it should.

When your mind refuses to quiet down, it’s easy to feel exhausted. You might spend your days worrying about what could go wrong, overthinking small decisions, or struggling to focus. Other times, the challenge is simply getting started, leaving you feeling stuck, burned out, and frustrated with yourself.

You might find yourself:

  • Struggling with brain fog, low motivation, or difficulty following through

  • Carrying the weight of guilt, shame, or feeling like you’re never “good enough”

  • Putting everyone else’s needs first while losing sight of your own

  • Feeling stuck in unhealthy relationships or patterns that are difficult to change

You don’t have to keep carrying this alone.

Therapy can provide a space to slow things down, understand the patterns that are keeping you stuck, and begin making meaningful changes. Together, we can work toward helping you feel more grounded, confident, and able to trust yourself.

Hi, I’m Juliet.

I’m a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) dedicated to helping adults work through trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I’m also neurodiversity- affirming and enjoy working with Autistic and ADHD adults. I draw from multiple evidence-based modalities including EMDR therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support meaningful growth, deeper self-understanding, and long-term emotional well-being. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed, grounded in evidence-based practice and genuine respect for your unique experience. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental therapy environment where you can explore your experiences, heal from the past, and reconnect with your strength, confidence, and sense of self.
