About Me

Hi! My name is Juliet Fogarty, and I’m a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) dedicated to helping adults work through trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I draw from multiple evidence-based modalities including EMDR therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support meaningful growth, deeper self-understanding, and long-term emotional well-being. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed, grounded in evidence-based practice and genuine respect for your unique experience.
